The season, it's coming!!!
Between Now and Then:
Between now and when the season starts on November 13th, we're looking for two things and two things only: future Silver Spartans and funds.
FUTURE SILVER SPARTANS
We're perpetually in search of new wrestlers to try this sport that we love so much. There are two main types of kids we're looking for to give wrestling a try. They are wrestlers AND non-wrestlers. Click here to learn more and help us recruit! Share your experiences with your friends and neighbors. Forward this email to people with questions. Suggest the "New Kids" Open Mats to those on the fence. It's time to get the word out and help make us the biggest club in the state. (We were second last year, so there's only one more hill to climb.) Help us make it happen!
FUNDS
Maybe the most important tenet of our wrestling club is this: "We never let money get between a kid and the mat." As you know, that means keeping our enrollment prices extremely low ($60 for a 4½ month season) among many other low or no cost benefits.
The way we are able to keep our prices down, in spite of expense, is through fund-raising. We have three brat frys coming up - one THIS Saturday - and need help from you and your kiddos. Sign up HERE to help out!! If you can't be there, please consider a donation to our brat fund. The goal is to have all the supplies donated or paid for by the club, so that all revenue is profit. Our season starts November 13th, but there is a lot on our calendar between now and then! You can find it all - brat fry's; parades; and new kid open maps on our website here.
